The Residency · Opening Run
One dish holds the kitchen for a run of Sundays, cooked like it's the only thing on the menu — because it is. Golden fried chicken over coconut rice & peas with rich, slow-simmered curry goat, pressed plantain, and house gravy. The opening run holds two Sundays — September 20 & 27 — then it retires and October belongs to oxtail.
The Drop · New Every Sunday
Every week, one fusion take on a Jamaican classic — made in a strictly limited run, numbered, and never repeated. Add it to your preorder or take your chances at the counter.
Drop no. 01 lands opening day, September 20. Drops never come to the delivery apps — you want it, you come get it.

How Sunday Works
Reserve your bowl, add the drop and your juice. Preorders close Friday at 9pm — paid in full, plate guaranteed.
Choose a Sunday pickup slot at checkout so your food comes out in waves, not hours early.
Everything is made that morning — bowls packed hot, juice freshly pressed, brought straight to the counter.

Preorders open Wednesday, September 16 and close Friday at 9pm. We'll confirm your order by text or email. Payment at pickup.

Catering & Holidays
The one exception to Sundays only: when the whole family's coming. Trays of the classics for gatherings, and full holiday packages when the season calls for it.
Thanksgiving done the island way — your choice of two mains, coconut rice & peas, plantain, festival, Mira sorrel, and rum cake. Feeds 8–10.
Half or full trays of any residency classic — curry goat, oxtail, fried chicken — with rice & peas and sides. One week's notice.
The full Christmas spread, island style — mains, sides, sorrel, and black rum cake. Join the drop text to be first in line when packages open.
Find The Counter
Tuesday through Saturday, it's St. Cloud's favorite cake shop. On Sundays, the island moves in. Look for the pink counter, follow the smell of curry.
