One dish holds the kitchen for a run of Sundays, cooked like it's the only thing on the menu — because it is. Golden fried chicken over coconut rice & peas with rich, slow-simmered curry goat, pressed plantain, and house gravy. The opening run holds two Sundays — September 20 & 27 — then it retires and October belongs to oxtail.
